    • Supported 8 pharmaceutical companies (of which 1 vaccine manufacturer) in elaborating strategic plans for more than 20 products (process management and challenge of plans content)
    • Developed and implemented training sessions on strategic planning with multidisciplinary teams
    • Facilitated working sessions with the Management Boards of 3 companies in Belgium
    • Supported the Executive Committee in the definition of Company’s Corporate Strategy, and its cascading into operational plans
  • Scenario planning and forecast modeling
    • Elaborated 5-year global forecasting model for a major compound in the cardiovascular field
    • Developed and implemented training programs to support the formalization of forecasting models in several therapeutic areas across hospital and primary care markets
  • Portfolio management
    • Trained 23 affiliates to the management of mature products (portfolio performance review, resource allocation and performance monitoring)
  • Sales force management
      • Developed complete sales force effectiveness program for enhancing Reps performance: Sales Techniques Application for Results (STAR)
      • Evaluated and improved incentive programs dedicated to best performer Reps for a leading company in France  
      • Created and implemented coaching programs for District Managers
      • Defined regional action plans format, and trained District Managers in formats usage
      • Defined Corporate standards for District Managers missions and activities, across countries
